Happy Birthday Pam - York Peppermint Patty Cupcakes!

I've known my friend Pam since middle school. That's a long time, even though I just turned 30, lol. These were ordered by her dear husband, who we also went to school with (aw!).

but these looked delicious.

of one. And

they were pretty good for baking with things that
